Butter

Ecomel supplies various qualities of organic and biodynamic butter in different types of packaging to industrial processors under its Ecomel® brand name. This enables Ecomel to supply seasonal butter in which hardness is not critical or, for example, hard butter for puff pastry. Ecomel can supply butter in 10 kg, 20 kg or 25 kg boxes or 2 kg slabs, to suit the client’s requirements.
